Timesavers provides wide-belt abrasive machines for metal, wood, plastics and a wide range of other materials.
The Grindingmaster machines for the metal industry are used in the following categories: debarring, finishing, calibrating, etc. For debarring they use belt, brush and disc. For surface finishing they use belt, brush and special heads for applying a finish according to the customer’s demands. For calibrating, they mainly use a wide-belt abrasive machine, specifically designed in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements.

Almost dry or bone-dry
It is understandable that many companies like their crates, pallets, trays, etc., to be dry after washing and before being refilled.
Either owing to the limited shelf life of delicate vegetables and fruits, for example, or because of the risk of accelerated bacteria growth if there is residual moisture in the crates.
In the requests we receive, the requirements vary from 90–95% dry (or, for example, 5 grammes of residual moisture) to 100% dry.

EPS opens new depot
On June 6, Euro Pool System opened its newest depot in Fresh Park in Venlo. This state-of-the-art main depot is equipped with all sorts of technical innovations, delivered by Numafa CL. It contains a fully automated washing facility, an order placement service on the Internet and an automated collection service. The depot has a unique system for the sustainable consumption of water and energy. 3,000 m² of the 20,000-m² floor-surface is over two stories.

Sligro Food Group again chooses a Numafa CL crate washer
The Koelvers Groep, fresh partner of the Sligro Food Group, produces meals, meal components and soups. Every day, the Koelvers Groep produces and distributes some 15,000 meals.
