Washed crates are wet. When entering the centrifuge, the crates are spinned in a fast way. Almost all the water will disappeare from the crates. Cleaned washing water which is reused for the washing system. Drum strainer. This type of filtration is used in case of heavy pollution. Other type of filtrations are: belt filtration of Rotating Fine Filtration.

Vapour extraction

Vapour extraction allows the ambient humidity to be reduced. For the purpose of this extraction, the machines are fitted with one or two exhaust points and one stainless steel axial fan. This axial fan extracts the steam from the system.

Heating

The washing water can be heated using electrical heating elements, direct steam injection, a central heating heat exchanger or gas.
